Sydney Micheletti, LAPC
She/Her/Hers
Sydney believes that change is in our control and, by working from that mentality, we can learn to accept & grow from what we cannot control in order to live our life in an more optimal way. Sydney uses a variety of evidence-based informed approaches, such as EMDR & IFS,, depending on what her client’s needs are. In Sydney's therapy space, she values authenticity, safety, freedom to choose, connection to others as well as ourselves, and being challenged.
Sydney enjoys working with adults & adolescents (ages 12-17) who are curious about themselves, desire change, & are interested in exploring issues or past trauma that they feel may be holding them back. Sydney is a proud and active member of the LGBTQ+ community and has a special interest in working with individuals that identify within this population.
Some of Sydney's clients have a special connection with the outdoors & feel more comfortable in this setting as opposed to an office. Sydney offers "walk & talk therapy" sessions as well as office & virtual sessions.
