Jake understands just how confusing and complex the journey to well-being can be. He gets how pursuing health, meaning, joy, and peace can feel like, for many, an on-going & daunting experience. Jake desires to be one less barrier for his clients in accessing their ideal self. With his compassionate & warm presence, his work has been described by some as healing & transformative. His specialized training in EMDR, Anxiety, & OCD allows him a unique perspective. He fully grasps the correlation between trauma, anxiety, & OCD as well as when to incorporate specific modalities depending on specific client presentations. He’s passionate about helping clients transform the traumatic/stressful experiences they’ve survived from the altered perceptions & maladaptive safety/security seeking behaviors it can leave you with, to a fully enriched & meaningful life. 

Current availability:
Jake has immediate availability for new clients. He has in-person availability Mondays-Wednesdays and telemental health availability on Wednesdays-Fridays. He can accept cigna, aetna, Health Savings Accounts, & can provide superbills under supervision. Jake has a private pay rate of $125.

Supervision:
Jake meets at least monthly for clinical supervision of HSTH Clinical Director, Brianna Sterling, LCSW, #CSW007341. He also attends 1 monthly outside agency clinical supervision & 1 monthly IFS consultation with Contracted HSTH Clinical Supervisors & Consultants.
